- Scope & ExtrasServices are limited to the items listed in the signed Project Scope. Extra edited videos outside scope: $750 + GST each. Additional site visits are quoted separately and must be accepted in writing before work proceeds.
- RevisionsOne (1) major and one (1) minor revision round are included. Revision requests must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery; after 72 hours the edit is deemed accepted and any change becomes not accepted under the inclusive rounds and will require a separate quote.

Complete or arrange any required site inductions before the crew arrives. Keep locations safe and production-ready. Obtain and supply all third-party permissions (owners, occupants, trades, councils, etc.).
- Fees & PaymentInvoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payment attracts a 10% fee after 14 days. All content-raw and edited-remains GMEDIA property until payment is received in full. Payment confirms deliverables are final unless varied in writing beforehand.
- Cancellation / Rescheduling48 hours written notice required to cancel or reschedule a shoot. Less notice may incur reasonable costs already committed (crew, hire, etc.).
- Intellectual PropertyGMEDIA retains full copyright in all footage, photos, graphics and project files. Upon full payment the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the final edited deliverables for its own marketing (including paid ads). The Client may not sell, sublicense or transfer footage to third parties, distribute raw footage without GMEDIA's written consent (raw files can be licensed separately; price on request), or provide deliverables to other businesses or trades for their marketing without crediting GMEDIA and obtaining written approval. Public use must reasonably credit "GMEDIA" where practical.
- ConfidentialityBoth parties must keep confidential all commercial terms and unpublished content obtained through this agreement.
- Storage & ArchivingRaw footage is kept in active storage for 12 months from final delivery, then moved to cold storage. Retrieval from cold storage may incur a service fee. Raw files may be purchased under a separate licence; price on request. Final exports are retained indefinitely and will remain accessible through the Client's online portal.
- Liability & IndemnityGMEDIA's aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid under this contract. The Client indemnifies GMEDIA against any claim, loss or damage arising from site conditions, information provided by the Client, or misuse of deliverables.
- TerminationEither party may terminate with 14 days' written notice before the next scheduled shoot. Work performed or costs committed up to the termination date remain payable in full. Deposits are non-refundable unless GMEDIA agrees otherwise in writing.
- Governing LawThis agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
